2012 Fades into 2013

Wow, it's been 1.5 yrs since I blogged, I should make a resolution to improve that!  Anyway, here I am and it looks like we survived the ending of the Mayan Calendar which means we get to ring in the new year, unless you are on the other side of the world and in that case, Happy 2013!  Also an early Happy 2013 to everyone else, as I will be busy with a party tonight.  Just my nieces but we are going to :sing: "Party like it's 1999."  If you don't know that reference, shame on you, you get a pacifier and not a cookie. ;)  So with the New Year comes the chance to make new Goals/Plans/Resolutions and I decided to share them with you, because then I'm a little more accountable than keeping them to myself.  Some don't seem like much, but I have health limitations and I really wanted to keep my goals in reach.  Forget the old adage "Aim for the moon and if you hit the stars you're doing good."  Someone forgot the moon is closer for one, so if you hit the stars you're doing great!  I'm also not starting on the weekly goals until the 3rd due to the holidays and an appointment for Bodhi on the 2nd to have blood drawn for allergy testing.

My goals/plans/resolutions for 2013:

Keep Moving On

Don't be Afraid of Love

Work on art (3D, Traditional, photography, writing, any form) ie. be creative at least 1 hour/day 5 days a week with exceptions for health, travel, and holidays.  Emphasis on 3D at least once a week to better learn new software and retain.

Complete one animation at least, and two stills already sketched out (3 projects 2 major ones) by year's end.

Play/workout with Kinect 3x/wk starting at 5-10 minutes and work up, with exceptions for health, travel and holidays.

Above all else: Take care of myself.
